Maxus has partnered with long-serving dealerships in Northern Ireland and Scotland to grow its UK network.
In Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh, Monaghan Bros
will offer sales, servicing, and aftersales services to Maxus customers in Northern Ireland. Eastern Western Motor Group
will cover the central belt of Scotland with its sales and service centre in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire.
The appointments bring the total number of Maxus dealerships in the UK to 43.
“We are thrilled to have partnered with Monaghan Bros and Eastern Western Motor Group to bring new Maxus dealerships to Northern Ireland and Scotland,” said Mark Barrett, general manager of Harris Maxus. “We always look for partners with a solid track record, not only in sales and customer service but in aftersales too.
“As family-run businesses that have been supplying new and used cars and vans for decades, we know our brand is in good hands.
“Geographical location is also important as we continue to build nationwide coverage and these new dealerships are perfectly placed to look after customers old and new across Northern Ireland and in the Glasgow and Edinburgh region. We look forward to seeing more Maxus vans on the road and a successful partnership in the years ahead.”

John Armitage, director of Monaghan Bros, added “We are very proud to include Maxus as part of our offering at Monaghan Brothers. Maxus has really added value to the market with its latest commercial vehicles, and its partnership with SAIC really puts the brand at the forefront of battery technology and advanced range with a more than attractive price structure.
“We are looking forward to welcoming Maxus customers both new and existing to our dealership where they will be looked after to the highest standards.”
Rory Allen of Western Maxus Bellshill added: “Backed by SAIC, which is one of the largest eLCV manufacturers in the world, and their multi-billion investment in innovation, Maxus has become a market leader, particularly when it comes to eLCVs. Maxus’ latest commercial vehicles are a game-changer – The brand offers a fantastic range of large and medium-sized electric vans which have class-leading features including the longest range of any EV Van, and full towing capability.
“We are looking forward to welcoming Maxus customers to our Bellshill dealership where they will be looked after to the highest standards.”
