Isuzu has unveiled the new Expedition Edition of its updated D-Max, a bespoke show vehicle built on the V-Cross version of the pickup. The unique model showcases a range of ARB camping accessories, demonstrating the D-Max’s impressive customisation capabilities. Proud of the result of the project, Isuzu will display the pickup at select exhibitions across the nation.

The dramatic Valencia Orange-coloured Expedition Edition is inspired by Isuzu’s Basecamp concept, representing a blend of limitless exploration and camping spirit. The vehicle is kitted out with premium ARB accessories: a colour-matched canopy, rooftop tent, awning, refrigerator, and an integrated drawer system that includes a kitchen unit, to mention a few. Without the extreme off-road equipment from Arctic Trucks, the Expedition Edition comes at a lower price than the go-anywhere AT35-based model. The Expedition Edition is scheduled for its inaugural public appearance at The Game Fair at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, from 28th to 30th July.

Isuzu D-Max Expedition Edition

This initiative comes in the wake of Isuzu’s collaboration with ARB UK, Truckman’s renowned 4×4 division. This partnership furnishes Isuzu D-Max owners with an expansive range of high-grade enhancements, such as innovative slide-out kitchen drawers, superior rooftop tents, multifunctional awnings, and state-of-the-art camping equipment. Additional offerings encompass robust roof racks, dependable recovery tools, and pragmatic canopies, reinforcing the Isuzu D-Max’s reputation as the epitome of customisable versatility.

Isuzu dealers will be able to provide all of these add-ons, enabling customers to acquire vehicles outfitted with accessories specific to their preferences, like the Expedition Edition. Both Isuzu and ARB have meticulously vetted these approved accessories, ensuring they meet the stringent quality, safety, and functionality criteria.
